Studio upload conversions not working

[foursquare]

For some reason, the files I upload to the studio from my computer are taking a REALLY long time to convert to Flash.

I uploaded a 15-sec 1.2MB .mov file 2 hours ago and it still has not completed its conversion.

Should this be taking so long? This is my third attempt to upload the file and have had no luck.
