Internet dropped now having difficulty streaming

I was streaming just fine, and then my internet dropped.

Now I cannot stream ingame--it just says "Offline."

It will let my stream my desktop, however, when I click "Game" and alt tab back into my game it continually says offline. When I try to stream ingame it just flickers for a second and then just says Offline.

I've tried reinstalling the Procaster program as well.
