Default Show my monitor not a camera?
How or can I have the video show my monitor screen and not a video from a camera?

I would like to make some tutorials of software programs, like photoshop and 3d Programs.

Procaster can stream your desktop. Have you tried it? It's free from Livestream.

You can try to use Macvide ScreenCap.
Macvide ScreenCap allows you to capture and record anything you can see on your screen to image, video or flash. You can record audio from your desktop or from a microphone or other input device. With ScreenCap you can visual tutorials based on your own desktop content and movements. You can also use ScreenCap as a monitoring device.
