Commericals Interrupting Live Broadcast

I've just created a channel which is still in the process of being "verified" and have run into a serious issue. I did a test broadcast for about 2 hrs to a few users and they notified me, in which I was unaware, that they were seeing commercials during the program. They said that these commercials would cut me off (audio & video) and would advertise some random product which would last about 20-30 seconds. Why is this happening and how can I stop it using my free account? This is a make or break issue with me staying on-board with livestream. I like the program, the site and the concept of free broadcasting but if it entails me having to be interrupted every few minutes with half a minute video commercials/adds I'm running for the hills!!!

What I see when I start watching a stream is the show starts and there's a notice that there will be a commercial in 20 some seconds or there's a start now, which will get the commercial out of the way immediately.

It's been that way for a while. Are the seeing commercials other than within the first 30 seconds?

The only way I know of for FREE streams is viewer-side, and that's to use Adblock plus.
