Can I mute certain programs with Livestream Procaster?

For example, if I am in a skype call and I'm streaming my desktop, it echos my friend's voices in the stream!

Is there a way to make procaster ignore the sound from certain programs?

I dont think so, because they share the same audio source (output.) What I do is Skype over another device, like a smartphone, while I stream. I then stream the Livestream audio through speakers instead.
