In looking at some other posts and reading the premium pricing plan...I am confused.
If I purchase the 1 premium channel plan do I get 3000 viewer hours no matter what the bit rate I broadcast in...or are there different costs associated with higher bitrates being broadcasted? Thanks! |

Well that was a stupid way to do it...fill out your info and leave no place to write the message...and they will contact you at some distant point in the future.
What is their issue with being contacted? |

I work with an organization that wants to stream 20 hours a month to an audience of 1000 viewers. How many viewer hours is this? 20 or 20,000?
thx |

20,000.
That's assuming those 1000 viewers watch all 20 hours. If 6 viewers watch 10 minutes each that equals 60 minutes. That would also be ONE viewer hour. |

Click on My Account.
You will see your Channels listed. Click on More on the right. Click on View Report. You Account Center Report page opens (My Billing) Monthly statement will show you total viewer hours for the month. On upper right you will see Current Statement. That is a pull down which will allow you select previous months. If you click on Daily Usage to see the viewer hours by hour for the day. on the top of that you can a pull down with the date. That's a pulldown which will allow you to see several days back. |
