Procaster or Livestream not Accepting video nor audio signal ... :(

I have a KWorld jack where I can plug my video audio L-R into . It works fine when plugging from a camera source directly but when try to connect via another video source e.g DVD Player the signal is not reading. We tested all cords and everything seems to be working fine . IS there anthing that we are doing wrong so ... Please Need Help ...

At this time we do not support Devices from Kworld. If you can, please specify the model of device you have, and I will see what I can do to help you set up Procaster. I very highly suggest that you Kworld consult them about your capture problems.
