Livestream Chat Bugged In-Game

Like the title says, every time I try to stream a video game, the livestream chat is bugged, and just stacks on top of eachother. This is really annoying, as I can't communicate with the audience.

Unfortunately, I can't because the screenshot just gives be a big black box when I paste it in to paint.

few questions/suggestion:
1. what game is that? might have a special way to take screenshots in that specific game
2. if u r in vista or win 7, try to change theme (to basic or to aero) and see if it helps
