New and need help.

After 40 years in the TV News/Sports business, I want to start my own Sports Channel on MOGULUS? I will use a high end laptop computer, I want to use two, panasonic 3ccd cameras, some kind of switcher?, and of course sound. I would like to know the best hookup for this please? I have downloaded Flash encoder and am looking for some aid in a switcher and any other aid? Thank you all in advance.
