How to remove "Congratulations on launching.."

I was wondering if there is a way to remove this when viewing other people's videos. It seems on every single video i play it has the banner or ticker at the bottom which covers up quite a bit.

You can remove the ticker from within the Livestream Studio. More information can be found here: http://www.livestream.com/userguide/...otion_graphics

We'll be revisiting channel graphics in the near future, so stay tuned.

I don't want to remove the ticker on my own videos. It's the video that I am watching on other people's channels.

This is then a Producer-specific issue. Viewers themselves cannot remove this graphic.

Ugh, okay. It just gets rather annoying; guess I'll have to live with it. Thanks for the quick replies.

As a producer I've noticed this ticket come on unintentionally after making a seemingly unrelated change to the configuration page. It then has to be manually replaced again.

THAT's annoying.

Our University is shelling out for premium service to be rid of the shoddy ad placement and invasive unwanted graphics on youtube and every time I turn around this banner comes up on our videos. Totally unacceptable. Please fix as soon as you can. Thanks!

I followed the instructions, but still get the unwanted "welcome" lower third graphic on my embedded individual videos... any solutions?

Hi Ywamkona,

If a broadcast had been recorded with the lower third graphic enabled, it would also be present within the recording when played back. I'd recommend downloading the recording and re-uploading the file "as master." This would remove the lower third gfx for the particular video.
