Browser Error

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated with this attached error.

When viewers using Internet explorer tried to log onto the LIVE webcast or the on-demand videos recently, some of them get this attached error message, and are unable to make the pop-up screen move or disappear, thus preventing them from viewing videos live or on-demand.

I tried myself, and got the same message and had to use FireFox to view the webcast. Strangely enough, I never got this problem before, only within the last week or two.

Any solutions?
