Default Page Not Found when downloading videos

Last night I recorded a live basball game, it had 30 second promos between innings.
This resulted in a storyboard with 14 clips of the game and 15 promos.

When I tried to download the game clips in order to trim out some game highlights I get a explorer window that opens with an address in it like this..

http://s3.amazonaws.com/mogulus-user...dINoMTvuNQM%3D

And an HTTP 404 file not found error.

I can download all the clips from the days before, the promos and new clips I recorded this morning but none of the clips recorded yesterday.

I can also put this storyboard into the "ON-DEMAND" library, and the auto pilot and and embed them and they play fine.

I'm desperate to download them so I can trim them and make a highlights program for saturday.

As of a coule hours ago, the problem videos were still getting the page not found error.

HOW THE DOWNLOAD BUTTON DOES NOTHING AT ALL.

I can't download any video. Clicking the downlad button seems to cause nothing at all.

A channel restart will resolve this issue and push your Livestream Channel to a new server. To restart your channel, visit the Account Center. Click the drop down button next to your channel. Click the "Restart" button.

No, it will not, but it DOES D/C your Studio if you have it open.

Restarted server twice. Once with studio open, once without it. Download buttons still not responding in any way.

No, this will not erase / reset anything. It will simply restart your channel on our servers.

Default OH WOW !!! I did it.

While waiting for a reply to my question about it loosing all my clips.....

I tried it on an old channel I don't use.

Pressing the reset caused another rectangular box to show up with a pulsating round progress "target/radio button?" and the message to Please wait.

After a few hours, I was still waiting. I closed the page and re-entered that channel studio. Non of my files were lost.

Then I bit my lip, crossed my fingers, said a prayer to the PC God, and pressed the reset on my TallasseeTimes channel.

It didn't seen to do anything.
No message to "Please wait". No pulsating target. No message saying it completed or indication that it did anything. Not even a hour glass for my cursor.

I hit it several times and it didn't seem to work.

Then I went into studio and checked my files.

Here is what I found:

All my files downloaded.
All the right previews show up for the files, even after deleting some. They used to quickly get all messed up if I deleted any clips.

None of the files were lost.

Downloads are three to five times faster.

I can now start several downloads while the first one is downloading. Before I could start a second one, but it would not download until the previous one finished and I could not cue a third one at all. Now I can start 5 downloads all at once and they all download at the same time. GREAT

Deleting a clip or folder INSTANTLY asks me to confirm Yes or No. Then, when I hit Yes, it INSTANTLY deletes the clip or storyboard and lets me select another. Prior to the reset, I would see an hour glass for at least 10 seconds, then click yes and see another hourglass. If I attempted to do anything in studio during that time I would get a "NOT RESPONDING on the address line and have to force IE to close and then restart IE and studio.

I can now delete any number of clips or storyboards. Prior to the reset, deleting more than a few clips at a time got slower and slower until it would be necessary to close and reopen Studio. Deleting a days worth of clips or storyboards used to take a couple hours, Now I can do it in 10 minutes or less.

Downloading clips now automatically names the files on the local drive so the name includes the channel name and the date instead of just the meaningless string of hex junk.

Playing clips LIVE of all lengths are now very smooth and flawless.

Uploading files from my local drive begins instantly, and works on the first try. It used to just sit there for several minutes before the actual upload would begin, or just lock up studio.

The only bad effect is that my total viewer minutes went to zero.

I tried restarting my channel several times, but I'm still getting a 404 error when I click my video download link.

Woke up the next day and it worked fine.
