Procaster crashes my OS when I log into Procaster

I have a very odd issue. I have the latest version of Procaster, and when I log in, the progress bar goes to about 11% then my OS crashes. I can still move the cursor around, but cannot access anything and after about a click or two, a loud beep is heard from the PC speaker, and then it is completely frozen. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks.
