The beginning of my videos get cut off. Why is that?

Hi, guys.

I'm having a problem with my Livestream Studio. I'm trying to broadcast a Youtube video that is 2:25 long, but the beginning gets cut off and shortens it to 2:10 long. Why is that happening? Is there any way to prevent it?

I am having this issue too. All of my videos jump 15-20 seconds into the video, leaving 20 seconds of black and silence on the end of the video.

I have checked all of my video files in the studio, on-demand and on my hard drive. They all play back perfectly fine in every circumstance except being cued live or in the autopilot.

My suggestion? Post your channel name. They don't really know what to fix if they don't know where to look.

it seemed fixed, but now it's busted again.

obviously this isn't just a problem on a channel by channel basis, as it seems many channels are having this issue.

I've deleted that stream and created another one. It works fine now. =D

Same thing on the server with TallasseeTimes

I had a simular problem a few days ago, some post here fixed it after the server was rebooted.

Seems mostly to effect 30 second clips (promos)
once agin, short clips won't play properly.

We apologize for the inconvenience. This problem should be resolved now, it was created by some new servers having a local clock out of sync with our main network clock.

Please let us know if you still see the problem.
