Hello,
While using Procaster, I input my account name and password, click log in, it loads for maybe 1% and then crashes. I'm on windows vista 64 bit SP 2, yes I tried running with administrator. help? |

The same thing is happening to me, but I'm on windows 7 32bit! It's really annoying! It wont even go past 0% due to 'Connection problems with your network'.

Ah so I'm not the only one having this problem? I thought my laptop was having issues with my network seeing as I haven't used it in awhile.
Glad to know its not a problem on my end. Has there been any official word on network/login problems from anyone within the livestream/procaster team about this issue? |

For me it just starts to log in, but can't get past 0%; then it says
'Error The network name cannot be found. This is probably due to network problems.' Any help from anyone here? |

UGH this error is making me so mad! I tried the new beta as well and it doesn't change anything.

Same problem happening with me. Even when I try the beta it doesn't want to go live, at-all.

Hello,
If you are still having log in issues, please follow these instructions Send us logs and xmls: 1. click on Preferences, video tab, and press Save Logs. this will save the logs to the desktop 2. send us the file to procaster to procaster@Livestream.com. b. send us the sys info file which you can get by doing the following: 1. click on Windows' Start. 2. go to --> Programs --> Accessories --> System Tools --> System Information program. 3. Once you open this click on File --> export and send the results. (make sure that System Summary root node is selected) We are trying to replicate this issue |

I'm having the same problem and since I can't log on, there's not even a way to bring up the preference tabs or anything. I'm perpetually stuck on the log on screen.
