I find it absolutely astounding that the mogulus team not only keeps making mogulus WORSE, now they expect more back from the users in return.
I can guarantee that the mogulus team is justifying every action they take that makes mogulus worse with "oh the members are whining because they're used to how things were and aren't open to going a different direction." And I can guarantee they're wrong. I'm the type of person that tries my very best to see all sides, knowing that I have some bias, and usually find at least one redeeming trait to changes made. There are NO redeeming traits here. And now the team wants to force channel producers to either pay for Pro or suffer through pop-up advertising, the kind that comes up every 8 minutes and RUINS video watching? I can only come to one conclusion in light of the past couple months: the mogulus team wants this site to fail. That's the only logic I can find behind simultaneously making this site worse and not only expecting but FORCING more revenue from users in return if they chose to stick around here. I'm not a producer. But I know a producer. We're talking about leaving mogulus for good. A channel that's put up with these godawful changes like no userlist and no ability to shut off the video stream and remain in chat, is discussing leaving mogulus for good. We're already talking about other options, and so far all of them are better than mogulus with the path it's taking. If the mogulus team wants to keep people coming in and grow to great heights, improve the system. Bring back functions people actually care about and want. Make the advertising non-obtrusive. Make this place actually worth sinking money into if you want us to support it that way. But if you want mogulus to lose most of its member base and eventually shut down, all I have left to say is this: "keep up the good work." |

We will be adding back the user list and have a number of new chat features planned for the next release later this month. Thank you for your support.

The still existing horrible lag at times is the main problem. Secondly, why in the crap would anybody pay 350$ a month for something this featureless? The advantages: remove ads, capability to earn money back off of ads, and the rest of the futures are, to be honest, ****ty and pointless. Good try, but I am sorely disappointed that your team has made the idiotic decision to release "Mogulus PRO" when your beta still has problems. And lastly, your promise to add these chat features in is way too late. If you'd done it, what was it, two weeks ago? More? Well, then I would've been happy. But, I'd still not be paying 350$ for your service. If you feel like taking a suggestion, I'd have a sit-down with your team and consider what users are going to be willing to pay for what features. 350$ is ridiculous for what you're offering. The features that you give are not that important, and there are other sites out there that will do the basic necessities for free, and with no ads popping up interrupting the user's experience.
