There are a few questions on this particular thread. Which issue are you referring to? If you are referring to shortened recordings, post #8 addresses this question.
If you are referring to failed recordings, this can happen from time to time, and generally we can recover recordings within 24 hours if they have failed to import properly, but you must open a support ticket if you are experiencing an issue like this so we can troubleshoot.
