Unhappy Recorded video unavailable! Can be recovered?

Hallo,
yesterday I made my first streaming and recording, 1 hours ca, through Webcaster.
Today in the "Recordings" folder of my "Studio", I see the recording, but if I try to open it I get:

"Our server is now importing and converting your clip. It usually takes 1.5 mins for a 1 min clip.
Waiting for the Mogulus import server to become available"

After few seconds:

"Unable to download the video."

What's happened and can the recording be recovered?

thanks

Same problem here, I streamed videos for an hour and a half, and because Procaster suddenly stopped streaming after 58 minutes (A windows popped up but I couldn't read it as it was below the game window), I restarted broadcasting for six minutes from a point close to where it bugged until I could stop. This six minutes video is unavailable, each time I retry to import it it doesn't work.
This video is part of a series which is playing through a video game from start to (eventually) finish, it would be much appreciated if it could be recovered!

I also lost over 3 hours of recordings. Just GONE! And the recordings I do have, instead of being 1 nice long 2 hour session are broken in to multiple smaller recordings that are all out of order. I would think recording your live stream is FUNDAMENTAL to livestream and they have screwed it royally - and me in the process.

Filmview,

While recording, were you switching between video sources within studio? This can be a cause of shortened clips. Another cause might be faulty internet connection. Please note that we do not recommend streaming via a WiFi connection as it is unstable and tends to disconnect periodically.

Visit www.speedtest.net and post the results.

Default Hello?

I don't see an answer here - is anyone from Livestream going to give an answer or are we just screwed?
