[WinXP] Gamesound + Microphone !?

Hey,
I want to stream with my voice and ingame sound. But right now it's not possible with my Creative XtremeGamer X-Fi card. How can I transfer to sources (what i hear + mic) into one?

Of course I read about in the FAQ but this is only for Vista/W7, because I can't create stereomix on my settings. Any ideas?
