How do I view lower quality or queue up video?

No one is even -viewing- my thread (was sitting at 1 views over the course of almost 16 hours) in the tech forum, so I'm posting it here:

So... I only have 768kbps bandwidth. I'm new to Livestream, just trying to watch one of these streams... livestream.com/finalflight. Problem is, the live version is choppy, and so are the SAVED streams.

It'll play for two seconds, freeze for one. Play for two, freeze for one.

Annoying.

So... how do I view a lower quality version, or pre-load the video (ala YouTube or other video sites)? Pausing for a while and then hitting play doesn't seem to do anything at all.
