Names stuck in chat

recently ive had a problem with names sticking in my chat at http://www.livestream.com/ageofcalamity normally i can ban and unban to clear but now MY name is stick in the chat aswell as another moderator, i even tried removing his mod rights and having someone else ban him and no luck. its been 2 DAYS now and i cannot log into my own chat. this is very frustrating
