Default Stream doesn't fill the screen

I'm trying to broadcast some SC2 matches but when I turn on my stream it doesn't fill the entire screen. It only fills about 75% of it. Any idea what would be causing this?

Hello Hybred,

Unfortunately, I'm not clear on the issue you're having. Please try explaining with a little more detail. Additionally, I can't see much from the image you've referenced. Please try using a screen captured image.

This can be done by hitting the Print Screen key on a PC and then pasting the image into a Microsoft Paint. If you're on a Mac, hold Shift+Command+3. This will save a picture of your screen to the desktop.

Best Regards,

Joe Moore

Yeah I'm pretty tech savvy I just happened to have a camera nearby and my laptop doesn't like taking screencaps of video.

Here's a better image: http://www.pgn-guild.com/random/scap.jpg

The video quality is fine I just can't get it to fill the player which is pretty annoying and looks tacky.

Also, how do I go about removing the green guidelines on the outside? It's making scrolling in SC2 fairly difficult.

I'd like to see a solution to this as well! Tried all sorts of aspect ratios and resolutions, no luck! Native resolution: 1680x1050

Hello,

This particular issue could come from having your aspect ratio in either procaster, or your livestream channel set to 4:3

If you haven't done so, please change your settings in Procaster, and on your Livestream channel to 16:9

In procaster you can change this within the video tab in settings. For your livestream channel, please visit https://secure.livestream.com/myaccount/channels and locate your channel, and select "configure"
