USB camera will only detect iSight camera built into iMac

Currently with out disabling the iSight camera in the backend by removing the Quicktime system components I can not detect a second USB camera on the video side. The Audio chooser picks it up, but no such luck on Video.

I'm using a Logitech 9000 camera, which works well on the PC side.
