It won't let me upload a logo image!

I am trying to verify my channel;
and I have everything needed and more to be verified EXCEPT my logo image.

No matter what image I try to upload, it gives me a "failed" message. They are well below 500 kb in size (around 120, to be exact), and it is exactly 300x300 pixels in size.
It is a .png file, and I don't understand why it doesn't let me upload it.

I can only suggest you keep trying - it took probably 30 attempts over several days before I could upload images (and nothing else had changed, just that it wouldn't upload, then one time it did).

I can confirm that we are not seeing any issues involving uploading channel logos or backgrounds within the Website Configuration Page. Should you experience these issues, feel free to forward your image to Support@livestream.com and our Support Team will be able to assist further.

If you are having problems uploading them as a .png file, try using different file extensions like .jpg. Just a suggestion.

I'm having the same problem too.

I've tried different file types.

It'll say that it loaded 100% but the arrow to the right that indicates 'required' won't change. It also won't show a preview.

Where are you uploading the image? Through the Studio or on the configuration on the website?

Try both areas to upload the image. If it doesn't work in Studio, upload it in the configuration, or vice versa.

same for me as with all of you, shows image has upoaded, never shows up in preview and still asks for it, won't let me submit form, both the 300x300 and the 300x250, under 100k. I think my banner was finally accepted after many tries .. have been trying png and jpg without success .. I messaged support as was suggested here .. hopefully it will be fixed soon .. not up to 30 tries yet and the night is still young so .....

I had a friend log into my account from their computer and do it for me. Worked like a charm.

This is happening to me as well. It shows the uploading process taking place, but when I click save, or submit it just says nothing was uploaded. Any help would be appreciated.
