Live Stream with HD Camera

I am streaming an event live today. During our rehearsal, the live stream was cutting off the heads of my subjects so all my shots had to be wide.

Here is the setup. We are using a Tri Caster with Mogulus running on it. The feed to the big screen in the room via the Tri Caster looks great. The stream to the web is condensed horribly. Does anyone have any suggestions? I am shoot today and Sunday!
