Moderators are able to clear chats and ban users using the chat moderation tool. Click the cog wheel at the bottom of the chat window and it will pull up the options.

I don't see any cog wheel in the chat window. I have looked at it in the normal window, in the pop out window ... I don't see it. Can you show me a screen shot of it???
