problem with my chanel

Hi.I've got a problem-I'm using chanel and since yesterday I use to talk and see my friend thanks to livestream.Now He cannot see me on my chanel annymore-there is a red light that I'm online-live-but he can see only black page -no me-so my question is-where can be the problem?what is wrong?

the channel now is not live but the autopilot plays fine.

usually a reload of the channel page can solve such issues.

please let us now if the problem returns.
