Default Resolving Domain Names. it can only resolve to one.

I would use the domain name if it possible to resolve a domain to multiple IP's but that isn't how it works unfortunately. The problem with that is that during our equipment boot up, if the domain resolves to 1.2.3.4 then it will only allow 1.2.3.4 content to be viewed. This causes a problem when the guest connects because due to load balancing of a server, the domain for them resolves to 1.2.3.3 instead. Even though it may be the same content, 1.2.3.4 is allowed, where as 1.2.3.3 is not. That is why I need all the IP's that are associated to Mogulus and my channels. This is one of those questions, that needs answered by a fellow geek in the NOC center that is in charge of all the IP's and routing. LOL. Or we need someone that can use a linux box with a thread checker to see all the IP connections that are used during the Mogulus video stream, and can change thier DNS servers to different ones around the country or world and see what the resulting IP's are.
I have everything working except the feed. I was able to do that with just 4 of the IP's. I am sure that they have content servers in a seperate IP pool that does all the conversion to flash and storage, but it would not be an IP that is registered to a public domain. Just my thoughts so far. I wish I knew how to check the thread connections myself and I would do it. lol.

I see your point. I do believe there are lots of servers on the content side = lots of IPs. Since you can assign ranges, you should be able to do it.
Have you written to Mogulus directly?

Default Contact Mogulus

No I have not tried to contact mogulus. I was under the impression the forum was the support for Mogulus. I will take a closer look, and see if I can find thier contact information. Thank You. This little issue has pretty much made using it not a viable option at this time.

Use the embedcode for myspace - that one doesn't have javascript

This is killing me. I am not having any luck getting the IP's that I need. I am unable to use the domain name, as chillispot (the captive portal) resolve the domain to a single IP. I can however, add ranges or entire subnets. (ie. 10.10.10.0/24) but I need to know what the ranges are. I can't believe that someone in the Network Administration doesn't have the access to the ranges used. I hate to ask this here, but maybe I need to look at a different platform. I just dont know of any others. I do wireless networks, not video/audio streams. We just want a way to stream video, and cut in live or recorded clips without it taking more than 2 people to accomplish it.

I'm here yet again to attempt to save the day.

I didn't catch this, did you try mailing Mogulus or not? I'm sure their e-mail is sitting somewhere around here. It's disappointing that one of the admins has not stopped in to say hi, though, considering this topic has been here quite a while.

I'm going to packet log several different streams, several times. Here are the results:
75.101.228.7
75.101.241.102
75.101.247.75
67.202.46.59 <- got this one quite a few times

Yeah... this isn't going to be obtained through my packet scanning. You can probably get away with 75.101.*.*, but I'm willing to bet that the client would occasionally not connect. You can also give 67.202.*.* a try, as well.

As for others, there really isn't any other site that gets anywhere near as good quality and frame rate out there. Though, with the now crippled chat I'm not sure how much better this is, but that's beside the point.

Try those two IP ranges. Report back how well it worked, I can get some more IPs for you if need be.

I'm glad it helped you. I'm wondering if Wifi has fixed his problem as well, though.

That's really disappointing, oh well, his loss I suppose.
