I get a message saying "Error Connecting to RTMP server" and it won't let me stream at all because of it, it was working perfectly for the four stream I was doing last night, and now, it just won't work at all...
anyone else having this problem? and anyone know how I might fix it so I can get back to streaming? Thanks, Mike T |

I am having the same trouble.
Windows XP Pro SP3 Logitech Webcam Procaster 10.0.93 It was working fine until I updated to the Procaster 10.0.93. That may not have nothing to do with it but so far I haven't got it to work yet either. |

RTMP server error is usually connection error or a firewall issue. Please look at #12b at the FAQ thread in this forum to evaluate your connection speed thanks Lior, Livestream |

I am having the same problem, and #12 of the FAQ for this forum, if I am in the right place, doesn't really say anything.
http://www.livestream.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1019 Is where I'm looking-- is there some other FAQ you're talking about? Is there any other helpful information you can give us about fixing this problem? I used Procaster last night for almost three hours straight and it worked perfectly, but I started it today and it was giving me RTMP servers. As far as I know, nothing has changed on my computer, as it was not used or even turned off between last night when I turned off Procaster and this morning when it would not work. After allowing Procaster through the firewall, I still had problems connecting.
Because I was getting emails about invalid credentials, I decided to change my password, and then logged into Procaster. After I logged in to Procaster, I was able to go live. I recommend resetting your password if you are having this problem. |

Resetting password worked for me too. It seems the problem involves using certain characters. Changing my password to anything with "/" or "\" in it causes the error again.
