dim lights?

I think it would be nice if livestream added a "dim lights" feature in the chat. Like what hulu does with their videos..

A random video I clicked. It may seem like a small feature but I always use it and the white background gets to be a slight pain after a while. I actually considered making a webpage with a black background and putting my channel on it just for this reason but then this feature was just something that crossed my mind.
