Default Does embedding up site traffic?

Ive got my own site at www.clanyokie.co.uk

I want to put my clans livestream station on the website. My traffic is limited.

Can you guys tell me if embedding it will up my site traffic by more than a few megabites?

Default

The video stream, in and of itself, has little impact on your web server's traffic. The web server may need to occasionally do a DNS lookup for content that it has to pull down.

There is the possibility that visits to your website increases because you now have the video, because people want to come to your site to watch.
