I liked the Livestream service but I don't need it for awhile. So I've now spent more than 1 hour trying to figure out how to cancel my premium plan. I have no doubt that Livestream deliberately makes this a difficult process to get more revenue. The sad thing is that I liked the service and would have been a return user except for this dishonest attempt to prevent people from cancelling.
Has anyone figured out how to do this, other than calling the credit card company?

To close a Premium plan, first move the channel to free from the Livestream Account Center by clicking on "More" next to the channel and then on "Move to Plan." Once you have done this go to the Plans tab of the Account Center, click on "More" next to the Premium plan and then on "Close Plan."

This procedure is also laid out in the Premium Account Management section of the Livestream Userguide.

I think there is no option of deleting your account via "Account Center" however you can delete all your channels using "More" button in "Account Center". You must contact Livestream Team in order to delete your account. Try info@livestream.com if I'm not wrong :P.
