Exclamation HD Broadcaster not connecting to Internet with Verizon USB Modem Pantech UML-295

After doing the recent firmware update (April, 2014) on the Livestream HD Broadcaster (the red box), the Broadcaster no longer recognizes our Verizon Wireless USB Modem Pantech UML-295 as a supported USB 3G/4G modem. I did all of the recommended settings that were posted on the FAQs (like setting the UML-295 to "auto-connect" through my computer; and setting the Broadcaster to USB 3G/4G>Custom>Ethernet). The firmware on the UML-295 is up-to-date and it was communicating great BEFORE THE UPDATE on the Broadcaster in early April, 2014.

Is there a way to RESET the Livestream HD Broadcaster to factory setting or remove the latest firmware update so that the HD Broadcaster and my Verizon Wireless USB Modem Pantech UML-295 can work together again? I have a Live event on Saturday, May 3rd and need this fix like yesterday!! PLEASE HELP!!

The Pantech UML-295 is not supported. Therefore, we have pulled this modem from our list of supported modems. We aim to include support for the UML 295 in a future firmware release.
