Default Video Titles & Descriptions

After recording episodes, I provide a title and description for the episode and then drag it into my On Demand list. However, when clicking the On Demand button on the player, those videos are listed there without any benefit of the title I gave it. The all show in the list with the following...

Live Show [livestream] (day/date/time of recording)

Is there a reason why the Title does not show there? Am I missing something? What is the benefit of having a title if it doesn't show in the On Demand list on the player, thus providing a way for viewers to pick the show the may be looking for?

Thanks,

Are you changing the title of the clip or the storyboard? If the storyboard you are using is set to play as one clip you will need to change the title of the storyboard. I just tested this on your http://www.livestream.com/eddyout channel and it seems to be working correctly.

Wow... thanks Ben for the speedy reply. I'm changing the title of the "clip". So do understand that it's the Storyboard Title that would need to be changed and properly rendered in the list of On Demand videos?

My most used site is http://www.livestream.com/inspiranet where I have basically a network of shows. I do three podcasts, both video and audio, Morning Manna, The Shepherd and Eddyout. What I'm trying to do is have each show listed by Title. So it sounds like I would have 3 storyboards to identify with the three shows by name and then have the individual episodes within those folders. Correct? If so, would the individual clip titles show under the storyboard?

If you have the storyboard set to play as one clip then the title of the storyboard will be displayed, so you would need to change that rather than any individual clip titles.

If play as one clip is not checked then the storyboard will act as a folder in the VOD menu and any clips on that storyboard would be listed as they are title the VOD submenu after that storyboard is selected.

Default So how do I change the Story Board title?

I've been looking for a way to change the Story Board title but it is not obvious. I can't find it in the documentation.

Simply double click on the Storyboard Title within the Studio. This will allow you to edit the text.

Best,
