Unhappy local flv file

hello,
I setup on preferences to save the local file on "my videos" folder.
The video is there, but with 0kb and I am not able to open it.
Can somebody help me?

I am wondering if there is a way to produce a file locally not to stream it.

Default Does not save the entire videocast

I am able to save locally but it does not save the entire webcast. I recently had a 30 min videocast but my local copy was only 8 minutes long. I ended up having to download from the livestream archives. I don't like having to do this as the livestream archive is subject to bandwidth where the local version is always solid in Flash Media Encoder software. I really like the concept of Procaster but it seems it's still too buggy to use for a professional solution.

Hello

We have never encountered such a bug. Would you be able to provide more information:

1. When you watched the 8 minutes movie, did it stopped after 8 minutes, did it start after 22 minutes, or was it something else?
2. if you could send us all the files from C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\procaster it would be helpful

Unhappy Same Issue With Local Flv

I just sent a message to support - I finished doing a full day of presentations with Procaster being used - but the local flv files are VERY SHORT -some are just 5 seconds long.

Very disheartening to say the least!

We so far have not been able to replicate this issue so if you experience this please send the log files from C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\procaster and any additional details to procaster@livestream.com so we can investigate further.
