Default Uploaded video shows "Couldn't Find All the Atoms" and won't display

I have a Basic (paid) account in the new livestream service. I uploaded a video of aprox. 220MB, through a 1Mb upload bandwith connection.
The whole process of uploading took aproximately one hour, but now the video doesn't show, all I see is a tag that says "Couldn't Find All the Atoms" (instead of saying "Pending" as sometimes happens also)

Any hint on what this means?

Thanks

Hi there,

"Couldn't find all the atoms" means that there's a missing or incorrect codec in your video (or that it's simply in the wrong format).

The video would need to be a MP4 with H.264 video and AAC audio. We recommend an excellent video conversion program called MPEG Streamclip (http://www.squared5.com) that you can use to ensure the video is properly formatted.
