Can't download my ended event

Hi all,

I've done a stream yesterday with my first account, logged whith facebook. I can't login other parts of livestream whit this connection mode (livestream studio, forum...).

Since 24 hours, I have this message when I want to download my stream to make a time-lapse with my own software.

"Your video is not yet ready for download

Your video download is currently in progress. It may take up to two hours to become available.

We are sorry for the inconvenience."

Can you help me?

Hi,
me also have same problem on some video, and have another problem with others...it tell me Error Code 10043...but i can see it.
