Watching livestreams has recently been laggy for me

Unfortunately, I can't do neither of those, I don't have any other accessible ISP.

But, on this topic http://community.upc-cablecom.ch/posts/03e31441fd, some users say that it is actually pretty laggy for websites and streams such as Dailymotion, Millenium TV and Livestream, so I'm not the only one in this case, I do think the problem comes from Cablecom doing some settings or something, I don't really know, but it's been more than a week now...
