autogolive - how to?

I have a windows computer running procaster broadcasting one of its screens live.

I need this to computer to launch procaster and have it start to live broadcast on a power failure / restart.

I have placed a copy of procaster in the start folder.

How do i get procaster to automatically start broadcasting live without having to click the go live button?
