New Livestream

I am not quite understanding whats happening
I signed up for the basic plan 49.00 a month and my FMS URL does not work.
I have a couple of questions
1) does this work with new.livestream
2) is the username your email you sign up with?
Any help would be appreciated

LiveStream

1. Select Custom as the Streaming Service.

2. For FMS URL, enter the following: rtmp://publish.livestream.com/mogulus/YourChannelName/username=YourUsername

/password=YourPassword/isAutoLive=true

3. For Stream Key, just enter livestream.

The $49 Basic plan is for use with the New Platform, which does not support streaming via other encoding software. I'd suggest using Livestream for Producers if you can.
