Unhappy Livestream Procaster/Blackmagic Ultrastudio Express connectivity

Newest MacBook Pro
Canon Vixia
Blackmagic Ultrastudio Express
Livestream Procaster
HDMI cable
Thunderbolt cable

Livestream Support,
I have my canon Vixia connected to Blackmagic Ultrastudio Express via HDMI cable and Blackmagic Ultrastudio Express connected to MacBook Pro via Thunderbolt cable with Livestream Procaster open but there is no recognition when I look in the video source drop down menu.

What am I missing?
