how would I go about broadcasting Radio streamed from my PC onto livestream?

Hi,

You could use Procaster with 'No Camera' as the input source to capture your desktop. As long as you have 'Speaker's Audio' as the audio source, you should be able to record audio played on your computer. You'd need to send across some sort of video signal, in this case using screen capture on a still image will do the trick.
