We upgraded to Livestream Premium Account today. After upgrading I viewed the channel configuration page (https://secure.livestream.com/myacco...nfigurechannel). I was unable to change many of the options, and was still asked to upgrade. Is there a problem or delay for this change to take effect? I can confirm that I have received the upgrade by viewing this page: https://new.livestream.com/home

Make sure you've moved your channel over to the Premium plan. You can do this by clicking the 'More' button next to your channel, then selecting the 'Move to plan' option which rolls out below. Thanks for your understanding as we continue to get back to 100% following Hurricane Sandy!
