Pen pressure disabled?

Alright, so I'm having this problem with livestreaming my artwork.
Whenever the procaster is on, my pen pressure on any program stops. When the program is off, pen pressure works just fine.
I've looked around for similar problems and solutions, but I found nothing.
How can I get my pen pressure to work again?

I use:
- Aiptek Media Tablet 10000u
- Windows 7 Ultimate
