My recorded videos disappeared

Had 43 videos recorded on Livestream Studio until yesterday, but when I look at these six videos were missing and these were the first 6 videos I had done need please return these videos.

Free accounts are limited to 10GB of storage, if you go past this limit you will see a charge on your account equaling $1.50 per additional GB. If you have a credit card on file, you will be charged the overage. If there is no credit card on file, your content will be deleted until you are under the 10GB limit. You can keep track of your storage in the billing tab of your account center.

I pay more if I have my deleted content back?

Unfortunately, once content has been deleted it cannot be recovered. If you would like to avoid content deletion in the future, you can enter your credit card into the billing page to be billed as you incur overages, or purchase an Original Livestream premium plan.
