Audio Problems with LIVESTREAM PROCASTER AND WEBCASTER

I'm trying to use LIVESTREAM PROCASTER. I use building camera of my Macbook and works fine.

If i try to use the BUILD IN MICROPHONE all is ok, but if i try to use an external audio source, i can select it from Procaster (or WebCaster) but the audio doesn't work.

The Procaster correctly detects the external audio device but the audio doesn't work in broadcasting mode.

My audio device is a RME FireFace 800

Why?
