I'm having really annoying audio problem and I couldn't fix it myself. I really have no idea what is causing this problem. I recorded a video for example:
http://livestre.am/4aguJ And here's the original music without the noise for comparison: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vDjc5tRfr7w I tried to change audio settings, nothing helped. I also unplugged my microphone and tried to look at the audio settings from the control panel. No luck. I also uninstalled the Procaster and installed the latest version. Then I removed that version and installed an older version of Procaster. I'm using Windows 7. The last time when Procaster worked without any problem was in September 2nd. My latest stream was recorded in Septemper 30th and there's that annoying audio problem. |

Hi,
This could be due to the way that bell/chime sound is being encoded. I would recommend increasing your audio bit rate to see if this helps the issue at all. Epic song, by the way.

Thansk for your reply, Ernie.
I tried another sound card in my PC and everything worked perfectly. No chime sounds at all. I guess my old sound card was dying. It's more than 5 years old and has worked well until now. |
