Can't import videos

when i use chrome i get a flash plugin error that always stops the importing of videos.

Using firefox it starts, then gets to 100% and the browser page gets white, after 20 minutes or so it keeps the same so i have to close the browser or browser tab and go back, the videos are not there!

what is happening? it's very frustrating to wait for hours for a video to import and then it just dissappears! it's frustrating enough not being able to use chrome btw.

Please be sure you have the latest version of your browser as well as the latest versions of Flash and Java installed.
