1) Another streamer's told me that setting video output bitrate too high will make it hard for some viewers to load their video, basically that whatever bitrate I upload at they will have to download the stream at that same bitrate. Is this true? I was under the impression that increasing bitrate only results in a better stream image and doesn't affect the downloading load of the viewers. I currently at 1500kbps (I have 2000kbps internet upload speed), he recommended that I drop to 800kbps so viewers with weaker internet would match this speed. Is it true that streaming-upload-speed equals viewing-download-speed?
2) Can I output a stream of higher resolution than my computer's resolution? I have a 768i resolution, can I stream out a 900i resolution so that viewers with larger 900i will see in 900i? Or am I capped to streaming out only 768i? 3) I've noticed that alot of streams have a sort of "boxy blurriness" when set to Full Screen viewing. What is this affected by? Video bitrate? Too low a Resolution? Too low a target fps? 4) There's supposed to be some green borders that I can move around to determine what is being streamed when using "Capture Desktop" mode but I don't see them. How do I make them appear?

OprahsThighs,
1) Correct. for your stream to be available to a wider range of viewers (bad connections, mobile, etc) I would suggest either lowering your encoding bit rate or streaming at one of the multiple bit rate options 2) You can encode at a higher resolution that your machine's settings, however it will just upscale your current resolution to fit the chosen size 3) This is affected by both resolution and video bit rate 4) You can reveal the green crop marks by pressing the 'zoom in' button a few times
