Low FPS and lagg.

Dear,

I've been using the livestream procaster for awhile now and I can only play non-online games with a terrible framerate.
I got my recording on 60fps while the ingame fps most likely is above 100+ fps. Now I also have the problem with the lagg. Usually the ping is 17\25. Asoon as I start broadcasting it speeds to 179ping. The streaming quallity is on Optimized gaming pref, 696kb/s
I hope someone can figure whats wrong because this is quite bad.

CPU, RAM, Video card
Operating system
Procaster version - click "i" in upper right-hand corner of preferences menu
